The John Deere Multi-Purpose SD Polyuria Grease is a non-soap thickened grease used for electric motor bearings. The polyuria thickening agents are typically formed by reacting an isocyanate with an amine mixture in a base oil to yield the polyuria grease composition. Lithium and polyuria greases cannot be mixed. They can cause each one to lose their oil and dry out and it loses it's ability to lubricate. This product works great in high and low weather conditions including wet conditions.
